1. RESERVATION, CONTRACT, PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Modes of reservation 

You can make the reservation on our website www.rentego.com. If you reserve on a third party channel (for example Airbnb or Booking.com, or Flipkey and such), please check the latest version of the property description and rental conditions on our website. 

 

Reservation confirmation e-mail

After the reservation is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail within 48 hours. The confirmation includes payment instructions and detailed instructions how to get to the apartment (including the electronic code to open the apartment door). If you do not receive the confirmation within 72 hours, please, contact us by phone or email.

PAYMENT 

Modes of payment

1. Payment by credit card: recommended – most simple, quick and inexpensive. If you wish to pay by card, enter the details on our secure page and put in comments which reservation it is for.

2. Payment via bank transfer: If you wish to pay via bank transfer, contact us for more details. Please note that bank fees will be in your charge.

3. Payment via cheques: The cheque must reach us according to the payment calendar. Please, send the cheques to RENTeGO s.r.o, Palackeho 15, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic

 

Payment calendar

 

For reservations made more than 29 days before arrival, a deposit of 20 % of total amount will be payable within 5 days after making the reservation. Balance is due at the latest 29 days before arrival.

For reservations made 29 days or less before arrival, the total amount is payable within 5 days after making the reservation. If your payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to cancel your reservation.

Payment confirmation 

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation by e-mail.  If the physical key is needed to enter the building, it will be posted to your home address approximately one month before arrival. In case of a last minute reservation, an appointment upon your arrival will be arranged in order to provide you with the key (in this case, please, contact us on team@rentego.com or call us on +420 2 24 32 37 36).

 

Damage deposit

A damage deposit of 200 euros (unless mentioned otherwise in apartment description) will be required. If the damage deposit is not paid, entry to the apartment might be refused.

 

Modes of provision of damage deposit

 

1. Payment card: recommended – most simple, quick and inexpensive. Your card serves as a guarantee and it will not be debited unless there is damage to the apartment. 

2. Bank transfer: Please, contact us for detailed information. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your departure. It is better to send us your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC numbers (both of them) in advance.

3. Cash: The damage deposit can be provided in cash upon arrival. Please, contact us to arrange the appointment.

4. Cheques: The cheques will not be cashed unless there is a damage to the apartment. After your departure, the cheques will be returned to your address within 14 days.

ID document photocopy: in some cases, photocopies of ID documents can be requested.  

 

 

Foreign Policy

All the travellers are obliged to fill in an accommodation form upon their arrival, the form will be provided to the Czech Police.

  • Each guest is obliged to provide us with his/her name and surname, day, month, and year of birth, citizenship, passport number, and the dates of accommodation. The Police may request to do the control
  • RENTeGO must reports those personal details to the relevant Foreign Police (on their website they call themselves Alien Police :-) ) no later than 3 days after having accommodated the guests.

Czech Office for Personal Data protection states that this formality done for Czech police is compliant with data protection laws and GDPR.

 

Note from RENTeGO Team: We are sorry about these formalities that we view as a leftover from communist times (kind of unwanted experience), but it is the law and we must respect it.

 

2.  SERVICES AND RATES

Apartment amenities 

The properties are fully furnished, sheets and towels are provided and included in rental price, as well as water, electricity, heating and clean up after your departure. You only commit to washing dishes and emptying garbage bins before leaving, see “Departure”. We can give you a longer rent, an early check-in and/or a late check-out if you ensure the exit clean-up and wash the bed linen and towels.

 

All apartments have Wi-Fi so you should be able to call through VOIP (Skype, WhatsApp) if you have a smartphone or PC.

Minimum stay 

Minimum stay is 3 nights, but we can allow exceptions - especially if your reservation can be attached just before or after another reservation.

Price changes:  they can not be applied after your reservation is completed unless unforeseeable changes in taxes occur (VAT or local tax rates).

 

Assistance 

We will help you if you have questions or need help with the apartment. If this need occurs because of inappropriate use of the apartment, we reserve the right to invoice you the work and expenses related to the damage. Likewise, we will attempt to help you if you experience difficulties that are not related to the apartment (to contact medical assistance, your embassy or the police...) but it is not an obligation and we reserve the right to invoice you related work and expenses.

Information on amenities around the apartment provided by RENTeGO s.r.o (public transportation, shops, restaurants, etc.) is only indicative and not contractual.

 

3.  ARRIVAL

Check-in time

Check-in times may differ per apartment, it is written in your reservation confirmation and in your payment confirmation. Standard check-in time is at 16:30 and check-out time at 11:00 am.

If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out, please contact us.

You can get a guaranteed early check-in for 60% of the price of one night.

If the apartment is available for early check-in, we will inform you 12 hours before your arrival and send you a new code that allows you to enter the apartment earlier for free.

In any case, it is easy to leave your luggage at the depositories - you can use our private depository at Ujezd 5, Prague or one of the public depositories, please for more information see http://www.rentego.com/luggage/.

Inventory

You will find a detailed inventory in the apartment; you commit to checking its accuracy (we inserted pictures of main items to make it easier and faster). If anything is missing or does not correspond to the inventory, or if inventory itself is missing, you commit to warn us within 12 hours by the phone or e-mail to team@@rentego.com.

Complaints: Same conditions apply in case of complaints. If you do not warn us using the process described above, you abandon all claims.

If you are not happy with the cleaning: please call us. We will send the cleaning ladies to check what went wrong and fix the job.

4.   STAY 

The maximum number of guests: you commit to respect imperatively the maximum number of guests indicated in apartment description (including your visitors).

Apartment use and noise: you commit to take care of the apartment and respect neighbours, particularly by respecting the interdiction of making noise between 22:00 (10 p.m.) and 7 a.m. (which could result in 100 euros fine deducted from the damage deposit if neighbours complain about you and the police testify against you).

 

Pet-friendly: In general, we are pet-friendly. Cats and dogs are welcome as long as they do not disturb neighbours. It is forbidden to bring other kinds of pets (including but not limited to snakes, mammoths, dinosaurs) to the apartment without our written permission.

 

No Smoking: Smoking is forbidden in all our apartments. If you have smokers in your group, let us know – we can advise you and direct you to an apartment with a balcony. If the apartment smells of smoke after your departure, we will fine you up to 300 euros because the cigarette smoke is very difficult to remove.

 

If you move furniture, put it back before you leave: you are allowed to move pieces of furniture, but please be very careful not to damage the floors, and you must move them back to their initial place at the end of your stay. Be considerate to the cleaning ladies, if you are a group of ten guys it is easy for you to move it back, but it can be hell for them.

 

If you do not respect these conditions 

We will have the right to end this contract. You will be held responsible for the damage you or your invitees cause to the apartment unless you can prove otherwise. The same occurs if the apartment is not in a state good enough to be transmitted to the next renter. The amount corresponding to the damage will be deducted from your damage deposit, and you commit to complete it if the funds are not sufficient. In case of damages, you commit to warn us within 12 hours by phone, e-mail to team@rentego.com with confirmation. In all cases, we will try to set up a discussion with you to solve the problem together in the best possible way. It is in your interest to tell us about the problem as soon as possible so that we can at least repair before the next renter arrives - and thus avoid you to pay extra fees.

We do the maximum for the security of your apartment. However, there is always a risk of robbery, so please do not leave valuable belongings in your apartment. You can possibly keep those in the safe-deposit box in our agency. If the value of your belongings is more than 500 euros, we will place them in the safe-deposit in the bank but you will be invoiced for this service. The address of our office is RENTeGO s.r.o, Palackeho 15, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. We do not take any responsibility for personal belongings left in the apartment.

 

5. DEPARTURE, EXTENDING OR SHORTENING YOUR STAY

Check-out time 

Check-out time may differ per apartment, it is written in your reservation confirmation and in your payment confirmation, but standard check-out time is at 11 am. If you do not leave the apartment and take all your belongings by the agreed check-out time and date: we reserve the right to invoice you the extra nights and/or a 200 euros fine. If you are not reachable or present in the apartment, we reserve the right to gather your belongings and inventory them in presence of a third-party and store them in a safe place. If this sounds strict to you, think of how the next renters will feel if we do not provide them with the promised apartment in time.

You can get a guaranteed early check-in/late check-out for 60% of the price of one night. 

CHECK-OUT: If the apartment is available for late check-out, we will inform you during your stay 1 or 2 days before your departure and send you a new code that allows you to stay in the apartment later for free. In this case please provide us with a contact where we can reach you also during your stay in Prague.

Extending/shortening your stay

If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible.

There will be no refunds if you leave the apartment before the agreed date.

Before leaving 

You commit to wash the dishes and empty the fridge, throwing its content and all garbage in the building's dustbins, close all windows, turn off water taps, lower heating, turn off the lights and shut the door. If you leave a mess, we will document it by taking pictures, and you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of up to 150 euros. This is partly because in such cases it is very difficult for cleaning ladies to get the apartment in a proper state in time for the next renters. So if you see that it is the direction in which your group is heading, let us know in advance (for example 36 hours before departure). We will then plan a preventive pre-cleaning during your stay with you, which would cost you only 20 euros extra.

You also commit to returning all the building front door keys. Detailed instructions to be found in the reservation confirmation. Missing keys shall be deducted from your damage deposit – the fee is 50 euros for each set of keys.

 

6. CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION 

You can modify your reservation without extra fees providing that you respect the following process:

You can change dates of your reservation until 21 days before arrival by phone or e-mail for a 30 euros fee - plus the difference if prices are higher at the time of the modification.

You can change apartment at least 21 days before arrival by phone or e-mail, for a 30 euros fee plus the difference in price; if you change for a larger apartment, you will only pay the difference in price.

If you cancel your reservation  

Until 43 days before arrival, 10 % of total amount for reservation shall be due.

Between 42 and 29 days before arrival, 20 % of total amount for reservation shall be due.

Between 28 and 7 days before arrival, 80 % of total amount for reservation shall be due.

6 days or less before arrival, 100 % of total amount for reservation shall be due.

The date of cancellation is the day when we receive your message announcing the cancellation of your stay (for Sundays and bank holidays, the first working day will be considered). If you do not show up, it will be de facto a cancellation and 100% of total amount for rent and 100% of the amount for other services shall be due.

 

7.  REPLACEMENT APARTMENT IN CASE OF UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS

If unforeseeable events do not allow us to provide you with the apartment or prevent you from staying further in the apartment, we will do our best to propose you a similar property. If this proposal does not suit you, we will refund you the amount you paid and could not use. 

8. PRIVACY POLICY and GDPR

Securing Your Privacy

We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide sensitive information, for example, a payment card number to make a purchase, we will take reasonable steps to protect it, such as encrypting your payment card number. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. Payment card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for marketing purposes.

Your personal information will only be used by Rentego s.r. o. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that Rentego s.r.o uses for the purpose of delivering specific services to you (e.g., customer support, or a shipping company if you ask to have something sent to you.)

Our website may provide links to third-party sites. Since we do not control those sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party sites.

 All calls can be recorded to improve our services.

We will also disclose personal information when required by law, in response to any demand by law enforcement or other appropriate government authorities, or if the personal information is pertinent in a legal proceeding or court action.

Use of Cookies

RENTeGO s. r. o uses a technology called "cookies". A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser which may then store it in your system. Cookies enable us to provide you with a better experience by allowing us to understand what areas of our website are of most interest to our visitors. 9. VARIOUS

We do our best to give you a true image of the apartment in pictures and descriptions. However, these pictures are illustrative and minor changes (for example in apartment furniture) are not excluded.

The information provided on formalities and health precautions provided on our website are only indicative. Regardless of your citizenship, only your embassy or consulate can provide you with entirely up-to-date information.

Cases of breaking-in and theft in the apartments, if not caused by your own failure (e.g. not closing windows before leaving the apartment) are covered by our insurance (for Rentego belongings) or your own insurance (for your own belongings). 

 

Wheelchair and barrier-free access: if your party includes someone in a wheelchair or handicapped, contact us and we will be happy to recommend you a partner accommodation suitable to these special needs. Please note that our apartments are not suited at all – most of them are in historic buildings ranging from medieval to 19th century so elevators are small, and there are stairs everywhere.

 

We shall not be held responsible for:

Your behaviour and the behaviour of your visitors.

Unpredictable and irresistible events caused by Force Majeure

 

10. APPLICABLE LAWS  

The relationship between you and us falls under Czech law. In case of disagreement, the court shall be Prague 5 court. We can sue renters who would misbehave in their place of residence. See below the detail of how this summary of key agreements that we wrote for your convenience translates into full-blown czech contracts according to Czech law.

 

11. IF THINGS GO WRONG...HOW WE SOLVE EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS 

We will do our best to ensure that your stay goes well. But if you get really unlucky, here is how we solve exceptional situations: 

a. No Wi-Fi: we will try to troubleshoot with you by phone, then send a technician. Please note that if the Wi-Fi works when we test it with our smartphone or PC, meaning the problem is within your device configuration, his work may be invoiced to you and we decline any responsibility.

b. No water or no hot water: we will try to fix it, and if it does not work we will move you to a similar apartment if available. We might propose you vouchers or a refund to a nearby fitness center. If the repair does not work, and you do not like the replacement solutions we propose, we will refund you the unused portion of your stay and let you go look for another accommodation.

c. No electricity: check the apartment’s technical guide first- in 99% of cases all you have to do is shift a fuse up (after unplugging any suspect appliance, usually the last one you plugged in or switched on before the breakdown - often a U.S. device designed for 110 volts without a converter…). If that does not work, we will send a technician. If the technician does not succeed, we will propose you to move to another apartment. If the repair does not work, and you do not like the replacement solutions we propose, we will refund you the unused portion of your stay and let you go look for another accommodation.

d. No heating: check the apartment’s technical guide first, and call us.  We will try to troubleshoot with you by phone. If that does not work, we will send a technician. If the technician does not succeed, we will propose you to move to another apartment. If the repair does not work, and you do not like the replacement solutions we propose, we will refund you the unused portion of your stay and let you go look for another accommodation.

e. Noise from neighbours between 22:00 and 07:00 am: This is forbidden by Czech law, so contact us and we will warn them or send the police.

f. Noise from construction work around between 22:00 and 07:00 am: This is forbidden by Czech law, so contact us and we will warn them or send the police. If exceptional public works get an exceptional authorisation (it happened once in ten years), we will propose you to move to another apartment. If you do not like the replacement solutions we propose, we will refund you the unused portion of your stay and let you go look for another accommodation.

g. Repeated noise from construction work during day hours: Let us know. If we have another apartment available, we will propose you to move. If you do not like the replacement solutions we propose, we will come to assess the extent of the nuisance. Depending on that extent, we might propose you to leave for another accommodation and refund you the unused portion of your stay.

h. Planned construction work around the apartment: If we know of planned reconstruction work close to the apartment, we will let you know in advance and propose a discounted price or another apartment, you will be free to refuse. Of course if you accept in written the nuisance and the discount, then that agreement will be binding.

In this Agreement the "Property" means the housing unit specified in the Internet reservation confirmation and described on www.rentego.com, in Prague.

Pronajímatel tímto prohlašuje, že je oprávněn pronajmout nebo podnajmout Věc Nájemci touto Smlouvou.

The Lessor hereby represents that he/she/it is fully entitled to lawfully lease or sublease the Property to the Lessee by this Agreement.

1            Nájemce prohlašuje, že si před uzavřením této Smlouvy Věc prohlédl na internetu a seznámil se se stavem Věci a v tomto stavu Věc do nájmu/podnájmu přebírá. V případě značného rozdílu mezi stavem Věci prezentovaným na internetu a stavem Věci při převzetí má Nájemce právo odstoupit od této Smlouvy.

1            The Lessee represents that he/she/it has viewed the property on the internet and has been acquainted with the condition of the Property and that he/she/it accepts the Property for lease.
In the case of a significant difference between the state of the Property presented on the internet and its state upon entry in the premises, the Lessee has the right to cancel this lease agreement.

4.1      Nájemce se zavazuje platit za nájem Věci nájemné ve výši uvedené v potvrzení o rezervaci/potvrzení o platbě.

4.1      The Lessee agrees to pay for the lease of the Property a rent in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation/payment confirmation.

4.2      Služby související s nájmem

4.2      Services Associated with the Lease

5            Dodávky elektřiny zajišťuje Pronajímatel a jsou zahrnuté v nájemném, pokud není domluveno něco jiného.

5            The supplies of electricity shall be arranged by the Lessor and are included in rent unless agreed otherwise.

5.1      Dodávky vody a odvod odpadních vod zajišťuje Pronajímatel a jsou zahrnuté v nájemném, pokud není domluveno něco jiného.

5.1      The supplies of water and sewage services shall be arranged by the Lessor and are included in rent unless agreed otherwise.

5.2      Dodávky zemního plynu, používaného také k vytápění, zajišťuje Pronajímatel jsou zahrnuté v nájemném, pokud není domluveno něco jiného.

5.2      The supplies of natural gas, used also for heating, shall be arranged by the Lessor and are included in rent unless agreed otherwise.

5.3      Služby související se společnými částmi budovy zahrnující údržbu, čištění, osvětlení a provoz zařízení včetně svozu odpadu zajišťuje Pronajímatel a jsou zahrnuté v nájemném, pokud není domluveno něco jiného.

5.3      The services associated with the common areas of the building, including maintenance, cleaning, lighting and operation of the facility, including waste management services, shall be arranged by the Lessor and are included in rent unless agreed otherwise.

6            Rozhlasové a televizní vysílání si zajišťuje Nájemce sám.

6            Television and radio broadcasting shall be arranged by the Lessee.

6.1      Poskytnutí připojení k internetu zajišťuje Pronajímatel a je zahrnuté v nájemném, pokud není domluveno něco jiného.

6.1      Internet connection services shall be arranged by the Lessor and are included in rent unless agreed otherwise.

6.2      Kauce

6.2      Security Deposit

6.3      Nájemce se zavazuje poskytnout Pronajímateli kauci ve výši a formě sjednané při online rezervaci (dále jako „Kauce“).

6.3      The Lessee agrees to provide the Lessor with a security deposit in the form and amount agreed during on line reservation (hereinafter the "Deposit").

6.4      Pronajímatel má právo použít Kauci na pokrytí jakékoliv škody na Věci způsobené Nájemcem nebo třetími osobami, kterým Nájemce umožnil užívání Věci a/nebo na úhradu jakýchkoliv finančních závazků Nájemce vůči Pronajímateli podle této Smlouvy.

6.4      The Lessor may use this Deposit to cover any damage caused to the Property by the Lessee or third parties whom the Lessee allowed to use the Property and/or to pay any debt owed by the Lessee to the Lessor hereunder.

6.5      Pronajímatel je povinen vrátit Nájemci Kauci po ukončení nájmu Věci. Pronajímatel má právo započíst proti Kauci své pohledávky za Nájemcem vzniklé na základě této Smlouvy nebo v souvislosti s jejím plněním.

6.5      The Lessor is obliged to return the Deposit to the Lessee upon termination or expiration of the lease. The Lessor may offset its claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement against the Lessee's Deposit.

7            Platební podmínky

7            Payment Terms

7.1      Nájemce se zavazuje platit nájemné v souladu s podmínkami a platebním kalendářem domluveným online a v potvrzení rezervace/potvrzení o platbě.

7.1      The Lessee agrees to pay the Rent according to the conditions and calendar defined online and in the reservation confirmation/payment confirmation.

7.2      Zálohy a/nebo pevná cena za služby uvedené v článku 7 této Smlouvy jsou splatné spolu s nájemným a budou placeny spolu s nájemným.

7.2      The Advance payments and/or the fixed price for the services as specified in Article 7. hereof will be paid together with the Rent.

7.3      Zaplacením jakéhokoliv finančního plnění bankovním převodem se rozumí připsání celé příslušné částky na výše uvedený bankovní účet.

7.3      Financial consideration is considered as paid upon crediting of the full relevant amount to the above specified bank account.

7.4      Převzetí Věci Nájemcem

7.4      Takeover of the Property

7.5      Pronajímatel je povinen předat Věc Nájemci první den nájmu podle odstavce 5.2. této Smlouvy.

7.5      The Lessor is obliged to handover the Property to the Lessee on the first day of the lease in accordance with Paragraph  5.2. of this Agreement.

7.6      Pronajímatel předá Nájemci spolu s Věcí několik klíčů k Věci poštou nebo osobně.

7.6      Together with the Property the Lessor shall hand over several keys of the Property to the Lessee, in person or by mail.

7.7      Pokud se stav Věci při převzetí bude značně lišit od popisu na webu, Nájemce/podnájemce to musí okamžitě oznámit Pronajímateli.

7.7      If the property differs significantly from the description on the website, the Lessee shall notify the lessor immediately.

7.8      Předání Věci zpět Pronajímateli

7.8      Return of the Property

8            Nájemce je povinen předat Věc Pronajímateli nejpozději poslední den nájmu podle této Smlouvy.

8            The Lessee is obliged to return the Property to the Lessor on or before the last day of the lease hereunder.

8.1      Nájemce spolu s Věcí předá Pronajímateli veškeré klíče k Věci.

8.1      Together with the Property, the Lessee shall hand over all keys of the Property to the Lessor.

8.2      Nepředá-li Nájemce Věc zpět Pronajímateli nejpozději poslední den trvání nájmu, má Pronajímatel právo do Věci vstoupit, a to i pokud mu v tom brání překážka, zejména má Pronajímatel právo otevřít uzamčené dveře, vystěhovat věci Nájemce a vyměnit zámky u dveří, k čemuž tímto Nájemce Pronajímatele výslovně opravňuje.

8.2      Should the Lessee fail to return the Property  to the Lessor on or before the last day of the lease, the Lessor has the right to enter the Property, even if this involves overcoming an obstacle, including but not limited to the right to open a locked door, remove any belongings of the Lessee from the Property and change door locks, to which the Lessee hereby expressly authorizes the Lessor.

9            Věci Nájemce, které Pronajímatel vystěhuje z Věci podle odst. 8.2 této Smlouvy, má Pronajímatel právo na náklady Nájemce uskladnit a Nájemce se zavazuje za toto uskladnění věcí Pronajímateli uhradit veškeré náklady, které mu tím vzniknou.

9            The Lessor may store any belongings of the Lessee that the Lessor removes from the Property under Paragraph 8.2 hereof at the cost of the Lessee, and the Lessee agrees to pay any such costs for the storage of the belongings that the Lessor may incur.

9.1      Výpověď nájmu

9.1      Termination

9.2      Nájemce má právo vypovědět tuto Smlouvu z jakéhokoliv důvodu nebo bez uvedení důvodu.

9.2      The Lessee may terminate this Agreement on any grounds or without stating the grounds.

9.3      Pronajímatel má právo tuto Smlouvu vypovědět za podmínek uvedených v ust. § 2288 a násl. zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.

9.3      The Lessor may terminate this Agreement under conditions provided in Section 2288 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code, as amended.

9.4      Poruší-li Nájemce své povinnosti zvlášť závažným způsobem, má Pronajímatel právo vypovědět nájem bez výpovědní doby a požadovat, aby mu Nájemce bez zbytečného odkladu Věc odevzdal, nejpozději však do jednoho měsíce od skončení nájmu.

9.4      If the Lessee materially breaches any of its obligations, the Lessor may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect and request that the Lessee return the Property without undue delay, not later than within one month from the termination of the lease.

9.5      Vypoví-li nájem Pronajímatel, má povinnost poučit Nájemce o jeho právu vznést proti výpovědi námitky a navrhnout přezkoumání oprávněnosti výpovědi soudem, jinak je výpověď neplatná.

9.5      If the Lessor terminates the Agreement, he/she/it is obliged to advise the Lessee of his/her/its right to challenge the termination and apply to the court to review the lawfulness of the termination, otherwise the termination is invalid.

9.6      Nájem Věci končí uplynutím výpovědní doby.

9.6      The lease of the Property ceases to exist upon the expiration of the notice period.

9.7      Spolubydlící

9.7      Persons Sharing the Property

9.8      V rámci nájmu Věci podle této Smlouvy může Nájemce dovolit jiným osobám (spolubydlícím) užívat Věc, ale musí respektovat maximální kapacitu uvedenou v prezentaci bytu na webu, počet osob domluvený při online rezervaci a povinnost hlášení u cizinecké policie.

9.8      As part of the lease of the Property hereunder the Lessee may allow other people to use the Property, as long as they respect the maximum capacity specified in property description on the website or in further agreements, these rental conditions and the obligations to notify the foreigners police.

9.9      Podnájem

9.9      Sublease

9.10  Nájemce nemá právo zřídit dále třetí osobě k Věci užívací právo (“pod”podnájem). Tímto se povoluje pobyt v bytu s vaší rodinou a přátelé nebo kolegové, se sdílením nakladu ale ne podpronajem třetí osobě za finanční odměnu bez písemného souhlasu od nás.

9.10  The Lessee may not grant the right to use the Property to third persons (“sub”sublease). Meaning, it is ok for you to stay in the apartment with your friends and family or colleagues and split the cost, but not to sub-rent it for money to another party without our written agreement.

9.11  Další práva a povinnosti

9.11  Other Rights and Obligations

9.12  Běžnou údržbu Věci a drobné opravy související s užíváním Věci je povinen provádět a hradit Nájemce; pro účely této Smlouvy se běžnou údržbou a drobnými opravami rozumí údržba a opravy Věci, které v jednotlivém případě nepřesáhnou částku 1000 Kč.

9.12  Usual maintenance of the Property and minor repairs associated with the use of the Property shall be done and paid by the Lessor; for the purposes of this Agreement such usual maintenance and minor repairs mean any maintenance and repairs of the Property provided that the cost of individual maintenance or repair task does not exceed 1000 CZK.

9.13  Spolu s Věcí předává Pronajímatel Nájemci k užívání i její vybavení dle fotek a prezentace na internetu.

9.13  Together with the Property, the Lessor hands over to the Lessee also the equipments presented on the internet.

10        Veřejný rejstřík

10        Public Register

10.1  Smluvní strany tímto ujednávají, že nájem Věci podle této Smlouvy nebude zapsán v katastru nemovitostí (např. veřejném rejstříku) a Smluvní strany vylučují ust. § 2203 zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.

10.1  The Parties hereby agree that the lease of the Property under this Agreement will not be entered in the real estate register (i.e. public register) and the Parties exclude the provisions of Section 2203 of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code, as amended.

11        Rozhodné právo

11        Governing Law

11.1  Tato Smlouva se řídí právním řádem České republiky, zejména ust. 2201 a násl. zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.

11.1  This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, including but not limited to Section 2201 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code, as amended.

11.2  Závěrečná ustanovení

11.2  Final Provisions

11.3  V této Smlouvě, pokud z kontextu jasně nevyplývá jinak, zahrnuje význam slova v jednotném čísle rovněž význam daného slova v množném čísle a naopak, význam slova vyjadřujícího určitý rod zahrnuje rovněž ostatní rody. Nadpisy jsou uváděny pouze pro přehlednost a nemají vliv na výklad této Smlouvy.

11.3  Unless the context indicates otherwise in the Agreement, references to a singular form also include the plural and vice versa; references to a specific gender also include the other genders. Headings are used for convenience only and they do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement.

12        Nevymahatelnost či neplatnost kteréhokoliv ustanovení této Smlouvy nemá vliv na vymahatelnost či platnost zbývajících ustanovení této Smlouvy, pokud z povahy nebo obsahu takového ustanovení nevyplývá, že nemůže být odděleno od ostatního obsahu této Smlouvy.

12        Any unenforceable or invalid provisions contained herein do not affect the enforceability or validity of the remainder of the provisions hereof, unless the nature of such a provision or its content implies that it is not severable from the remaining contents of the Agreement.

12.1  Tato Smlouva představuje úplné ujednání mezi Smluvními stranami ve vztahu k předmětu této Smlouvy a nahrazuje veškerá předchozí ujednání ohledně předmětu této Smlouvy.

12.1  This Agreement constitutes an entire agreement between the Parties in relation to the subject-matter hereof and it supersedes any previous arrangements in respect of the subject-matter hereof.

12.2  Smluvní strany si tuto Smlouvu přečetly, souhlasí s jejím obsahem a prohlašují, že je sjednána svobodně.

12.3  Pokud se obě strany dohodnou, že přidají k tomuto nájmu služby jako: poskytnutí snídaně, úklid Věci a výměna ložního prádla a ručníků během pobytu (nájmu Věci), drobné opravy, pak se tato Smlouva změní na ubytovací smlouvu s 15% DPH

12.4  Pokud při online rezervaci na webu Rentego nebo na partnerské webové stránce byly sjednány jiné podmínky, které si protiřečí s touto Smlouvou, tak podmínky uvedené v této Smouvě mají nad nimi přednost a nahrazují nejnovější podmínky sjednané oběma stranami emailem, telefonicky, nebo osobně.

12.2  The Parties have read this Agreement, they agree with its contents and declare that it has been entered freely.

12.3  If both parties agree on adding services to this rental contract like providing breakfast, cleanings during your stay, changing bed linen and towels during your stay, small repairs, then this lease agreement will change into an accommodation agreement subject to a 15% V.A.T.

12.4  If, during online reservation on our websites or a partner website there were other conditions in contradiction with these, then these conditions supersede them and the latest agreements between you and Rentego made by email, phone or in person supersede everything including the original conditions.  

12.5  Tato smlouva se považuje za uzavřenou podpisem Smluvních stran, potvrzením rezervačního formuláře na stránkách Pronajímatele: www.rentego.cz, potvrzením rezervačního formuláře na webových stránkách ostatních smluvních zprostředkovatelů, potvrzením rezervace skrze e-mail nebo i telefonickým potvrzením, přičemž všechny formy souhlasu se považují za rovnocenné.  

12.5  The Parties agree to the agreement by signature, by confirmation of the reservation form published on the website of Lessor - www.rentego.cz, by confirmation of the reservation form published on the website of other intermediaries, by e-mail confirmation or also by phone confirmation, where all forms of acceptance are considered being equivalent.
