Here are exemples of monthly long-term rates - these are just to give you a rough idea, they may vary: Longterm stays

As you can see, our long-term rates are a real bargain in low season (from November to March). In high season (April to October), depending on the length of your stay and many other factors, it might be more profitable for you to make a short stay in our apartments and from there look for a traditional long-term rental through other agencies. Again, when comparing prices, do not forget that traditional agencies will ask you for a one month rent commission, and the monthly rentals they quote do not include all the services above…
