Best option ever for staying in Prague

They arranged shuttles to/from the airport, helped get my baggage to me after it went awry in Warsaw and even upgraded the apartment for my stay. Really great company, really great service. Highly recommended. Also, a great apartment in a great location.

Il serait bien de pouvoir déposer des bagages avec un système de code pour libérer l'appartement mais pouvoir profiter du reste de la journée sans bagages. libérer l'appartement pour 16h alors que notre avion décollait à 21h c'était un peu gênant. Sinon le principe nous a plu et l'appartement est bien situé bien qu'un peu bruyant.

March 2012Bonjour, merci pour votre mot sur notre site et desole pour cette reponse un peu tardive.Nous vous assurons que il n´y avait vraiment pas une possibilitee de liberer l´appartement pour vous plus tard que jusqu au 17h (check out a 16h, possibilitee de laisser vos valises jusqu au 17h - cf.les lettres de confirmation differents que vous avez recu avant votre arrivee) , comme une autre reservation suivait juste apres la votre avec un arrivee a 19h - puis notre femme de menage a besoin 2-3h pour le nettoyage.Une solution, que nous proposons a nos clients avec une avance (que vous avez probablement pas note dans la documentation un peu volumineuse :-)) est celui d´un check out tardive, confirme de notre part lors de la reservation , a l´heure qui convient au client - ceci est un service payant et corresponde a la moitie d´une nuit, car nous bloquons la nuit entiere dans notre systeme en ligne.Nous vous remercions pour votre comprehension et pour votre visite et esperons de vous voir a Prague :-).CordialementVladka NavelRentego
